While listening to or learning about the dharma, and reflecting on its contents, is something that we can do by ourselves, another way we can approach this is by forming small dharma study groups. Eight or ten people might gather together, first listening to a teaching on DVD and discussing the contents of the teachings, followed by some group meditation. Perhaps it is not realistic to do this every day, but it certainly could happen once a week on a Saturday or Sunday.
